August 15th 2023 - Our FIRST community event ran by Spacemakers @ Spacemakers - with Lego Legends!
Whilst there has been a growing community presence around Spacemakers in the last 12 months, with various organsiations including HWCP running events regularly at Spacemakers, we have been working towards this one since our Lord Mayors award in April 2023.
Having met Landon in April, with both Landon and Shane recieveing medals at the ceremony - it was clear that an event encorporating both Lego Legends and Spacemakers was a must.
With sizable donations from HL Training Services and RTITB - various local resisdents donating a vast amount of lego - and HWCP assisting by providing the gazebo and some snacks - we managed to put together an AMAZING event for the local community.
